Engin Cycles

Winner of Best Off-Road Bicycle at the North American Handmade Bicycle Show.

Wissahickon Cyclery opened in September 1995 to fill the void left by the departure of Hill Cycle and to service the needs of Philadelphia area cyclists. Owner Drew Guldalian felt that a great park like the Wissahickon demanded an equally worthy bicycle shop. He envisioned a bicycle shop combining quality product with quality customer service.

The Wissahickon Cyclery staff consists of committed cyclists with over 35 years of experience getting and keeping people on two wheels. Avid followers of the bicycle industry, we pride ourselves on our knowledge of all things bicycle--both the big picture and the local scene.

Club Wissahickon:

Club Wissahickon was started in 1996 as a vehicle for bringing together local cyclists interested in mountain bike, cyclocross and road racing and, more importantly, interested in having a good time. The Club sponsors an annual cyclocross race that is part of the crown jewel weekend of the Mid-Atlantic Racing Series.

Engin Cycles:

After 11 years in business, Wissahickon Cyclery proudly rolled out Engin Cycles, a bicycle line built right in Chestnut Hill. Engin bicycles showcase a solid knowledge of proper bicycle fit and geometry coupled with an eye for aesthetics.
